Luxury real estate brand McCaffery Interests was in need of several new brand identities for their upcoming suite of mixed-use retail and rental spaces. These unique logos needed to integrate as a kit of parts with McCaffery's existing identity and work in digital and environmental platforms.
One of McCaffery's new brands, The Shops at Roosevelt Collection needed to elegantly integrate with the property's previous logo. Using a set of sophistcated icons and a fashion-forward color palette, the new identity was translated through a website, packaging, and environmental design.
The second brand, Mi-Home was created to be the rental counterpart to McCaffery's already well known brand. This logo and brand essence also needed to flow seamlessly with the parent logo. The Mi-Home identity uses bold colors and rich photography that compliments the already exisiting color palette. The kit of parts was used in the site's flagship website and a series of microsites and tablet interfaces.
